Three people, one teenager’s words.

A player, a coach and a parent share one system, and every piece of AI content a teenager sees is checked against written rules first.

The gap

A development platform for soccer players aged 14 to 19, with player, coach and parent views, and an AI that talks to the player every day.

The player owns their private reflections. The coach needs patterns to develop them. The parent needs to know enough and no more, because a teenager who thinks a parent reads everything stops writing honestly, and honest writing is what the system runs on.

The work

What the AI may say is written down once, as rules, not left to a prompt. A model drafts the content, rules check its structure and ban invented details, then a second model approves it or stops it. If it can’t approve, nothing reaches the player.

Privacy follows the same logic. Coaches and parents see patterns, never the raw words. Sharing with a coach is stated plainly at the moment of connecting, with a visible control from day one.

What changed

Three roles share one system without any of them being able to break the others’ trust.

Where it stands, said before anyone asks: built and verified on device, not yet revenue, not yet through a paid security audit, not yet on the App Store.
