No refunds. Here’s why, and what you get instead.

You see it before you pay
Your first look is free and shows your biggest gap, your customer and the shape of their journey. You only pay if you want the rest. That free first look is the guarantee.
We only take payment when we can deliver
The pay button only works once your answers give us enough to build the full report, so you only ever pay for a report we can deliver.
Once it’s delivered
Reports, add-ons and calls aren’t refundable. Instead you get 30 days to correct anything and one free rerun, so the report can be put right.
Reports are for owners
The full report is for a business’s owner, or someone the owner has asked. If we find the buyer isn’t, we stop the report before it goes out and refund the payment in full.
If something’s wrong
If a payment went through twice, or you were charged for something you didn’t get, write to matt@eightpx.com and we’ll put it right. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
